Message	I used to work for a big box store like that. I know how they work. And I had to tell a lot of people we couldn't take stuff back due to the policy that was set before they purchased anything and they didn't take the time to read. Not my fault. And you're right, they don't care about you individually, there will be plenty of customers to come in if you decide to 'boycott' them. Just like anywhere else, do your homework before dropping a big chunk of your cash.
